If you are experiencing the need for a culture change, I can come into your organization, assess your culture through a thorough survey and report, and offer training and advice on how to improve your culture. While your organization often needs a few tweaks to be more efficient and to live the values your vision and mission espouse, culture takes time to evolve. Some Revolutionary changes can be made, but culture must have time to evolve for long-term success. Insight can make this fun and easy to tackle.

My step-by-step design methodology is used to identify dysfunctions in procedures, workflow, structures, systems, & culture. The methodology helps to realign these flaws to fit current or future business goals & develop plans to implement the changes. The process focuses on improving the technical, political, cultural, and people side of your organization.
