My step-by-step design methodology is used to identify dysfunctions in procedures, workflow, structures, systems, & culture. The methodology helps to realign these flaws to fit current or future business goals & develop plans to implement the changes. The process focuses on improving the technical, political, cultural, and people side of your organization.

When we take short-cuts in our human relationships, what is the sacrifice in terms of productivity and security? In this interactive session, participants will discover the level of their own social and emotional safety and leadership and communication styles.
