Our Team

Our journey of friendship and support started in 2010 while stationed in England.

Intelligent Solutions USA’s Co-Founders’ journey of friendship and mutual support started in 2010 while stationed in Cambridgeshire, England. Both have expertise in defense intelligence and leadership in and out of the military, both are professional ICF-certified coaches, and both have transitioned out of the military and government service. After moving back to the U.S. we developed a shared interest in applying our expertise jointly to benefit others in career transitions and organizational development.

Karalee holds a Doctorate in leadership and organizational culture with a number of leadership, women’s empowerment, and diversity certificates.

Tonya holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management and masterfully applies her expert knowledge across a wide spectrum of specialties.
